Similar to the gauges in your car, “resilience should be a gauge on your dashboard”. This episode of the BioReset podcast with Dr. Cook, Barbara and our friend Jesse, walks us through identifying ways to remain and recognize resilience during these times. 

“It is important to mind your gauge, so that you can continue to stay healthy, both physically and mentally.”

Jesse offers resilient tips and highlights the importance of recognizing that these are transient times; that we’re all going through this but that we all are dealing with it very differently. “We are going through this together but also separate. We are all having our own processes, so we must give some compassion and space without judgement to those around us. In other words, don’t should yourself”.
